Operation, Maintenance and Configuration, Development activities of Vodafone's Corporate Customers fixed (IPVPN, Voice, Internet, connectivity etc.) and Transmission network (microwave and fiber optic) 24h a day, 365d a year, ensure quality of service and proper performance of enterprise networks, transmission network and services, solve business customers’ technical problems and any faults relevant to microwave and fiber optic networks. Also responsible for customer complaints handling relevant to mobile coverage issues, support technical other technical teams to complicated radio network faults, operation and support of MTXs/Data Centers, network management activities. Headcount of 34.
